CondoJi is a public real-estate information practice site maintained by Julian Zhao. Public articles do not require an account. If you choose Google sign-in and accept the privacy notice, we store your Google user ID, email, display name, account creation and last sign-in times, and consent version/time to operate your account.
We do not request access to your Drive files, spreadsheets, Gmail, contacts or Google password. Google ID tokens are used to verify identity and maintain a session lasting up to about one hour; tokens are never stored in the spreadsheet. Account data is held in a dedicated private Google Sheet accessible to the site operator and its authorized service account. Vercel hosts the site; Google provides identity and storage. These providers may process data outside Canada, and hosting logs may contain IP addresses and technical request details.
Google user data is not sold or used for advertising, automatic marketing enrollment or AI training. We follow the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. Necessary secure cookies support login; bookmarks remain in your browser unless you explicitly enable cloud favorites after signing in. Cloud mode stores article IDs, add/remove actions, action times and a consent version linked to your Google user ID in the dedicated private Sheet, so you can retrieve favorites on another device. Removing a favorite appends a removal record. These records are retained with your account until deletion is requested or the site closes. Local bookmarks are not automatically uploaded: importing them requires clicking the explicit import button. Signing out restores the local view. This release has no advertising or analytics tracking code.

Do not send passwords, keys or identity documents. Deleting site records does not delete your Google account. Updates are published on this page; new uses or permissions will be explained and consent requested where applicable.
